Robin SeQueira
CBE, Non Executive Chairman
Robin joins Pharmacy Plus with a very impressive career to date. Amongst his many previous high profile posts, Robin has been Director of Social Services for more than one County Council as well as the business development advisor to BUPA Care Homes. He has acted as the President of the Association of Directors of Social Services and worked closely with the DoH and Home Office in various advisory roles and received a CBE for services to the Care Sector in 1997. Currently Robin is also the Chairman to Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and holds other posts such as member of Council for Dorset Order of St John.
Tariq Muhammad
MRPharmS, Chief Executive
Tariq is the original founder of Pharmacy Plus. He graduated from Bath University in 1991and qualified as a pharmacist after his pre-registration in Southmead Hospital, Bristol. Having established the first Pharmacy Plus branch in 1994, Tariq's vision was to create a pharmacy company that was ethically driven and focused on delivering new services to improve patient care. Under Tariq's leadership, Pharmacy Plus has become one of the most innovative pharmacy organisations in the UK, pioneering the way forward in medicines management. Today, Tariq is responsible for taking Pharmacy Plus through its expansion as well as the development of its new services and products.
Martin Vincent

Finance Director
Martin is responsible for all financial and regulatory affairs within Pharmacy Plus. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in 1988. He became Finance & Operations Director of a Bull HN subsidiary and later acquired and ran a national direct-selling computer business. After selling the business in 2000 Martin became a part-time FD for several SME businesses. Martin joined Pharmacy Plus in 2001 at a time when the Company was looking to consolidate its financial position and seek ways to achieve further expansion.
Steve Wells
MRPharmS, Operations Director
Steve qualified as a Pharmacist in 1991 having completed his pre-registration training in Warrington General Hospital. Since then he has built up a wealth of experience within community pharmacy, working with care homes in a multitude of different environments including independent pharmacies and medium to large corporate organisations. Steve brings an excellent understanding of professional matters and recently spent two years as a Council member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain. Steve joined Pharmacy Plus in July 2008 as Regional Pharmacist for our Warrington Centre. In his new role he will be responsible for all day to day operational activity and ensure that Pharmacy Plus continues to deliver on the service levels and high standards of care promised to our customers.
