Improve your ratings with the QARMA report - now available online

At Pharmacy Plus we have developed the most advanced pharmacy computer systems in the UK. As well as helping us deliver the best possible service to you, our systems allows us to produce some incredibly detailed statistics about Care Homes we serve. In addition, our pharmacists constantly review the medication of your residents and make suggestions on how therapy should be monitored and reviewed.
All this information is now brought together in a unique report called the Quality Assessment Report and Medication Audit (QARMA).
The QARMA report is packed with valuable information. It shows information we hold about the Home along with statistics on the dispensing activity in a given month. The report also shows residents on potentially problematic drugs and even lists recommendations on how therapy can be improved.
Care Homes using Pharmacy Plus services can use the report as a tool to monitor activity and performance, for example the number of items dispensed and even the time it takes for prescriptions to reach you. They can also use it to discuss individual residents’ therapy with the prescriber. In this way you can use the QARMA report to help drive up standards in your Care Home and demonstrate this as part of your AQAAs.
The QARMA report is produced at the end of each month and we are delighted to announce it will now be available to download online in the private members section.
