Job description
This role presents a unique opportunity for a suitable individual to make a real difference to the service we offer to our customers. As part of our Customer Support team, you will have a number of Care Homes to look after. Amongst the various tasks, you will be involved in providing customer care and support to the Care Homes assigned to you. You will report directly to the Clinical Lead Pharmacist.
As a successful candidate you must have good communication and customer care skills. You must be flexible around the hours that you work and be available to work out of hours when required. Good presentation skills are essential along with an ability to understand issues and solve problems. You must also be self motivated and be able to manage your own time and activities. Clean full driving license is required. Although formal qualifications are not essential, we would favourably consider those with experience in Care Homes or basic healthcare qualifications.
